- Our new NSF Center, MDS-Rely, with Case Western Reserve
University was featured on Pitt
Engineering news and the WKYC
TV channel.
- Dr. Leu's project on Recycling for Solar was selected
for funding by the Department of Energy in partnership wit
the REMADE institute.
- MDS-Rely launches with
7 member companies and 4 research projects.
- Dr. Leu will be co-directing a new $3m NSF Industry
University Cooperative Research Center (IUCRC) with Case
Western Reserve University called MDS-Rely that launches
this fall. The center is headed by Roger French, Laura
Bruckman, Liza Allison, and Satish Iyenger.
- Sooraj's work on solar
module orientation and tracking optimization was
featured on the cover of the October
2021 issue of the Journal of Photonics for Energy!
